After working as a sales representative for a major apparel manufacturer in department stores in Tokyo, Mr. Naito gained experience in marketing research using various methods at AC Nielsen (now Nielsen Digital K.K.), a foreign research firm, and the research division of McCann Erickson (now Kantar Japan), a foreign advertising agency. 's UX design consulting services through usability testing, UI/UX research, and design research. He has conducted more than 1,000 various research projects for over 25 years.
