■What is value creation through DX?

DX is not a technology, but a story of value creation" - this is how AsiaQuest sees DX, and we continue to educate and disseminate information about it.
So what does "value creation" mean? All businesses are compensated for providing some kind of value to users (consumers). And that value can be summarized as "removing pain" and "creating gain. In other words, no matter how advanced and technologically sophisticated a business is, if it does not lead to the "removal of pain" and "creation of gain" for users (consumers), it cannot be called DX.
The "DX Navigator" editorial team has analyzed various companies around the world through a year and a half of research. The DX Navigator editors have compiled and explained 32 DX case studies from among these companies in the "DX Management Pictorial" (ALC, 2021), to be published in March this year.
The book covers a wide range of industries, including retail, food & beverage, transportation, logistics, finance, healthcare, education, agriculture, and construction, and includes DX case studies from all 32 companies worldwide. In each case, the book takes "pane" and "gain" from the customer/user's perspective to reveal the "value" ultimately gained by the customer/user.
