Nippon Travel Agency Corporate Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nippon Travel Agency Corporate Solutions”) is a company that provides travel services for corporate clients, focusing primarily on domestic and international business travel arrangements. As part of their corporate website renewal, the client aimed to create a site that could more effectively and strategically support web marketing initiatives aligned with business expansion.
AsiaQuest proposed and implemented a CMS that allows for easy in-house management by internal staff, in addition to redesigning, building, and maintaining the site.

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

Website Renewal to Enable Marketing Initiatives that Drive Business Expansion

In planning the website renewal, Nippon Travel Agency Corporate Solutions aimed to ensure flexibility in communication and configuration during the transition to a new corporate structure. Key goals included enhancing inquiry handling and lead generation, expanding co-creation and collaboration for new business development, and implementing effective web marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Another objective was to improve the company's brand value through initiatives such as supporting universal tourism, communicating community and social contribution activities, and publishing new business information.
However, the previous corporate site posed challenges with heavy maintenance burdens and limited flexibility. It was critical to build a site that internal personnel without specialized web skills could update easily. The goal was to increase the frequency of posting news and relevant information, ultimately improving user engagement and increasing repeat visits.
To address these issues, Nippon Travel Agency Corporate Solutions entrusted AsiaQuest, a company experienced in supporting DX (digital transformation) through system development, with the website renewal.

ROLE

One-Stop Support from CMS Selection to Design, Development, and Maintenance

Responding to the client’s request for a complete redesign from scratch in line with the establishment of the new company, AsiaQuest provided end-to-end support including proposing a CMS-based replacement for the previous HTML site, selecting a CMS aligned with the client’s needs, designing and building the website, and offering post-launch maintenance.
During the project, we collaborated closely with the internal website team and department representatives at Nippon Travel Agency Corporate Solutions to ensure practical and user-friendly implementation. Task and progress management was carried out using Backlog, allowing both parties to monitor task status. Weekly online meetings and email communication helped integrate feedback into the development process.
We also visited the client in Osaka for the final round of adjustments and preparations prior to release, and supported the actual website launch remotely.
