Mr. Sho Noda

After graduating from Keio University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Mr. Noda joined Accenture Japan Ltd.
In the Strategy Group, he led several PJTs including new business strategy development, marketing strategy development, DX concept development and execution support, and M&A strategy development.
He was appointed as Manager in 2015 and Senior Manager in 2018. In an era when the future is uncertain, he founded the company in 2019 with the desire to create a new type of professional community that creates a succession of businesses that will become the norm in the future, and became President and Representative Director of the company.

Mr. Ooki Tomita

After graduating from Waseda University, Mr. Tomita was engaged in B to B sales at a major cosmetics manufacturer and a non-life insurance company, where he received several awards for excellence.
Later, he worked for a consulting company, providing new business development and organizational HR support to venture company executives.
Currently at TIS, he continues to provide consulting services for new business development and DX promotion for BtoB companies, while also engaging in in-house new business development as a participant himself.

Mr. Kazuyuki Alencar Koga

Graduated from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. As an experienced technology executive, he has led software development teams in diverse industries.
He led organizational transformation at MTI with a focus on "Delivering Innovative Solutions" and introduced Scrum and Lean development to expand the team.
In his last position at a major global IT company, he founded a new digital agency and was a driving force behind innovation through design thinking.
