■At a glance, you can see at a glance how many hours were spent on what tasks.
With traditional methods, manually managing work hours took a lot of time for data entry, and there were issues with forgetting to input or batching input later, resulting in low data accuracy. The solution to these problems is the Smart CUBE series.
"Smart CUBE" is used by associating each side with the work content you want to manage. The "Smart CUBE Dial" has a dial shape, and you set the number of dials according to the type of work.
The Smart CUBE series automatically digitizes the user's work hours and compiles the data. Therefore, it eliminates the need for manual input each time using paper or a PC. Even if the person in charge is not on-site, they can visualize the breakdown of work hours from the work status of each person in charge and the compiled data on the "beaconnect plus" screen. They can also give work instructions to the workers through means such as an intercom.
Traditional attendance management could only record the start and end of work hours. However, by utilizing the Smart CUBE series, it's possible to manage work hours for each task, which can be analyzed and lead to work efficiency improvements.
